Delivery times:

Urgent Shipping: 

Your purchase will be delivered to you in the next 24-48 hours after order confirmation.

Standard shipping:

Your purchase will be delivered in 3-4 days from order confirmation.

Orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. may be managed and shipped the same day (business day), in caseotherwise and/or in cases of complexity of the same, it will be necessary to add 24 hours to process and perfectly pack your orderthus we guarantee that your purchase will be delivered in perfect condition.

It is possible that the time is less if it is about products that we already have in stock in our warehouses.

In both cases, if your order suffers a delay due to its volume or lack of stock, we will inform you by mail or telephone. In this case, you can exercise the right to cancel your order, or request the full payment or the difference in shipping costs according to the chosen method.

In any case, they will be informed by email or telephone of all incidents concerning their order.

If you make the purchase of several products, it is understood that the delivery period that counts is the longest of all the products.

PAYMENT METHODS

Orders are only processed once full payment of the amount has been received (except reimbursement), without exceptions. In no case will another means of payment be accepted that does not appear in the list that appears below:

1. Transfer to our bank account (or deposit in cash)

Once the order has been placed, the necessary bank details will be provided by email to make the transfer of the amount of the order. This system is the safest that exists for the buyer since they do not have to provide any bank or credit card information

If you choose this form of payment we will apply a3% discount of the amount of your order. 

If you do not receive the email after a few minutes, after placing the order, please check your Spam folder.

2. Cash on Delivery

The amount of the order will be paid at the time of delivery of the purchase. This payment mustbe made in CASH to the person who makes the delivery of the merchandise.


We only offer this form of payment for orders with a maximum amount of €200 (VAT included)
If you choose this form of payment we will apply an increase of 3% of the amount of your order with a minimum of €3 (VAT included).

3. Credit card

When you place the order and choose this option, we automatically redirect you to the pageof payments of La Caixa (lacaixa.es), where you must enter your card details, directly at La Caixa, we never handle your bank details.

Once the payment is made, you must press the ACCEPT button, so that you will be redirected againto our website and thus finalize the order.

4.Paypal

When you place the order and choose this option, we automatically redirect you to the pagepaypal payment system (paypal.com), where you must enter your email, directly on the paypal page, we at no time handle your Paypal payment information.

If you choose this form of payment we will apply an increase of 3% of the amount of your order (VAT included).

5. Financing your purchase

At AkunaDecor we make it even easier for you and help you finance your online purchase with Pepper

To pay in installments with Pepper you will need your DNI or NIE, a mobile phone and a bank card. We will charge the installments on the bank card that you have added in the financing process.

You will be able to see a simulation of your financing installments with the financing calculator located in the tab of each of our products.

6. bizum

When you place the order and choose this option, we automatically redirect you to the pageof Bizum payments, where you must enter your telephone number to receive the request for payment of your order.

FORMS OF DELIVERY

Shipment through transport agency, with several delivery modalities

For bulky orders that have to be palletized, these will be sent by an industrial transport agency and therefore delivered to the lower portal of the building, never to houses on upper floors.

WARRANTY

All items we sell are brand new and come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty (exceptbulbs, fluorescents, lamp holders and other electronic components)

For the validity of the guarantee, you must keep all the documentation of the device in addition to theinvoice that we send you.

In case of failure of a device within the first 20 days from the date of receipt, infirst of all, you must inform us by phone or at incidencias@akuna.es of the problem, once authorized, you must send it in its original packaging to our address, we will then proceed to evaluate the fault and after verifying that it is a manufacturing defect, this device will be replaced by another equal. The expenses incurred will be timely paid to the buyer.

In the event that it is determined that the failure has been caused by improper use, allexpenses will be borne by the buyer.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED. ONLY
RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

BREAKAGE GUARANTEE

All shipments are strongly packed but sometimes it is possible for the item to break orof any of its parts.

WHAT TO DO WHEN THE BUYER RECEIVES AN ITEM DAMAGED BY TRANSPORTATION?

It must be communicated within a maximum period of 24 HOURS from the date of receipt of the shipment. WITHOUTEXCEPTIONS, since insurance is very demanding in this regard.

The buyer must send an email to incidencias@akuna.es where the following must appearinformation:

Order number, comment on the problem and photographs of the broken or damaged item or part. Thephotographs are ESSENTIAL so that we can verify the veracity of the incident.

The communication of the incident by telephone is not used to carry out the management, it must bemandatorily communicated by email as described in the previous paragraph.

Once verified and accepted, we will contact the buyer indicating the steps tocontinue. The buyer is NOT responsible for any expense derived from the resolution of the incident once recognized by us.

CANCELLATION/RETURN GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) taking into accountaccount the following conditions:

It must be communicated by email to incidencias@akuna.es, where the order number must appeardate, and reference of the article or articles that you want to return.

Only previously communicated and authorized returns will be accepted. You will be dulyinformed of the steps to follow.

The maximum term is 14 days from the date of receipt for the return or from the date ofplacing the request for cancellation.

The item must be returned without having been used or installed, and must be in its packagingoriginal, all this is essential to be able to return itput on sale and will be checked upon receipt in our store.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Likewise, no payment is madeexpense, neither of origin shipment nor of payment method.

IMPORTANT: In case of return of a purchase sent postage paid (the buyer did not payno shipping costs), €9.95 will be deducted from the value of the returned product/s forpostage.

Once the merchandise is received and reviewed, the amount is refunded for thepayment procedure with which you made the purchase.
