Your purchase will be delivered to you in the next 24-48 hours after the order confirmation.
Standard Envio:
Your purchase will be delivered to you in 3-4 days from the order confirmation.
Orders confirmed before 11:00 hours may be managed and shipped on the same day (workable day), in case contrary and/or in cases of complexity of the same must add 24 hours to process and perfectly pack your order, so we guarantee that your purchase will be delivered in perfect condition.
Time may be less if it is products that we already have in the stock of our stores.
For both cases, if your order was delayed by volume or lack of stock, we will notify you by mail or telephone. In this case you may exercise the right to cancel your order, or request the full payment or the difference of shipping costs as chosen.
In any case you will be informed by email or telephone of all incidents concerning your order.
If you make the purchase of several products you understand that the delivery time counts is the longest of all products.
PAGO FORMS
Orders are processed only once the full payment of the amount (except refund), without exception. In no case shall another means of payment be accepted which is not listed below:
1. Transfer to our bank account (or cash income)
Once the order has been made, the bank details necessary for the transfer of the order will be provided by email. This system is the safest available for the buyer since it does not have to provide any bank data or credit cards.
If you choose this form of payment we will apply a 3% discount the amount of your order.

2. Credit card
When you order and choose this option, we automatically redirect you to the page of payments of La Caixa (lacaixa.es), where you must enter the data of your card, directly in La Caixa, we at no time manage your bank data.
Once the payment has been made, press the ACEPTAR button, so that it is redirected to our website and thus end the order.
3. Paypal
When you order and choose this option, we automatically redirect you to the page paypal payout (paypal.com), where you must enter your email, directly on the paypal page, we at no time manage your Paypal payment data.
If you choose this form of payment we will apply an increase of 3% of the amount of your order (including Iva).
4. Financing of your purchase
In AkunaDecor we make it even easier and help you finance your online purchase with Pepper.
To pay in time with Pepper you will need your DNI or NIE, a mobile phone and a bank card. We'll charge the fees on the bank card you've added in the funding process.
You will be able to see a simulation of your funding fees with the financing calculator located on the tab of each of our products.

5. Bizum
When you order and choose this option, we automatically redirect you to the page from Bizum, where you will need to enter your phone number to receive the request for payment of your order.
ENTREGA FORMS
Delivery by transport agency, with several delivery modalities.
For bulky orders that have to be palletized, these will be sent by industrial transport agency and therefore delivered in the lower gate of the building, never in higher floor housings.
GARANTIA
All items we sell are new and have 2-year manufacturer warranty (except bulbs, fluorescents, lamps and other electronic components)
For the validity of the guarantee, you must keep all the documentation of the device in addition to the invoice that we sent him.
In case of breakdown of a device within the first 20 days from the date of receipt, in first place you must inform us by phone or in incidents@akuna.es of the problem, once authorized, you must send it in its original packaging to our address, then you will proceed to evaluate the breakdown and after checking that it is defect of manufacture this device will be replaced by another equal. The expenses incurred will be paid to the buyer in a timely manner.
Where it is determined that the breakdown has been caused by misuse, all expenses will be borne by the buyer.

GARANTIA OF ROTURS
All shipments are heavily packed but sometimes it is possible to break the article or from one of their parts.
WHERE DOING WHEN THE BUYER RECEIVED A TRANSPORT DETERIORED ARTICLE?
It must be communicated within a maximum of 24 HORAS from the date of receipt of the shipment. SIN EXCEPTIONS, since insurance is very demanding in this regard.
The buyer must send an email to incidents@akuna.es where the following should appear information:
Order no, comment on the problem and photographs of the item or broken or damaged piece. The photographs are IMPRESCINDIBLES so that we can check the accuracy of the incidence.
Phone incidence communication does not work for management, it should be by e-mail as described in the previous paragraph.
Once checked and accepted we will contact the buyer by indicting the steps to go on. The buyer does NOT take charge of any expense derived from the resolution of the incidence once recognized by us.

ANULATION/DEVOLUTION GARANTIA
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item or items having in has the following conditions:
It must be communicated by email to incidences@akuna.es, where the order number should be included, date, and reference of article or items you wish to return.
Only previously communicated and authorized returns will be accepted. You will be duly informed of the steps to follow.
The maximum period is 14 days from the date of receipt for return or from the date of receipt the realization of the order for the cancellation.
The item must be returned without being used or installed, and must go in its packaging original, all this is essential to be able to return it put on sale and will be checked when you receive it in our store.

The costs of sending the return are borne by the buyer. At the same time, there is no expense, shipment of origin or form of payment.
IMPORTANT: In case of return of a purchase sent to paid goods (the buyer did not pay no shipping costs), will be discounted from the value of the returned product/s 9,95€ for portes.
