Your purchase will be delivered within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

Sending Standard:

Your purchase will be delivered within 3-4 days of order confirmation.

Orders confirmed before 11:00 may be processed and dispatched on the same day (working day) if: if your order is not accompanied by an invoice, you may request a copy of the invoice, so we guarantee that your purchase will be delivered to you in perfect condition.

The time may be shorter if the products are already in stock in our warehouses.

In both cases, if your order is delayed by volume or lack of stock, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone. In this case, you can exercise your right to cancel your order, or request the full payment or the difference of the shipping costs according to the method chosen.

In any case, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone of all incidents concerning your order.

If you buy several products, the delivery time is the longest of all the products.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Orders are only processed once full payment of the amount (except refund) has been received, without exception. Under no circumstances shall any means of payment other than those listed below be accepted:

1. Transfer to our bank account (or cash)

Once the order has been placed, the necessary bank details will be provided by email to transfer the order amount. This system is the most secure available to the buyer as he does not have to provide any bank or credit card details.

If you choose this payment method we will apply a 3% discount the amount of your order. 

If you do not receive your mail within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your Spam folder.

2. Credit card

When you place your order and choose this option, you are automatically redirected to the in the case of payments from La Caixa (lacaixa.es), you must enter your card details directly into La Caixa, we never handle your bank details.

Once the payment has been made, you must press the ACCEPT button to be redirected again to our website and finalize the order.

Paypal

When you place your order and choose this option, we automatically redirect you to the page paypal payments (paypal.com), where you must enter your email, directly on the paypal page, we never handle your Paypal payment details.

If you choose this payment method, we will charge you an additional 3% of the amount of your order (VAT included).

4. Financing your purchase

At AkunaDecor we make it even easier and help you finance your online purchase with Pepper.

To pay in installments with Pepper you will need your ID or NIE, a mobile phone and a bank card. We'll charge the fees to the bank card you added in the financing process.

You will be able to see a simulation of your financing fees with the financing calculator on the product sheet.

5. Bizum

When you place your order and choose this option, we automatically redirect you to the page in order to receive the request for collection of your order, you must enter your telephone number.

FORMS OF DELIVERY

Shipment by freight forwarder, with various delivery options.

For bulky orders that need to be palletized, these will be sent by industrial transport agency and therefore delivered in the lower portal of the building, never in upper floor dwellings.

WARRANTY

All items we sell are new and have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty (except lamps, fluorescent lamps, door lamps and other electronic components)

For the duration of the warranty, you must keep all documentation of the appliance in addition to the invoice that we sent you.

In the event of a breakdown of an apparatus within the first 20 days from the date of receipt first of all, you must inform us by phone or at incidencias@akuna.es of the problem, once authorized, you must send it in its original packaging to our address, then proceed to evaluate the breakdown and after verifying that it is a manufacturing defect this device will be replaced by another similar. The costs incurred shall be reimbursed to the buyer in due course.

If it is determined that the failure was caused by improper use, all costs shall be borne by the buyer.

RETURNS NOT PREVIOUSLY AUTHORISED SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ALONE
RETURNS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE ACCEPTED.

GUARANTEE OF BREAKAGE

All shipments are tightly packed but sometimes the item may break or of some of its parts.

WHAT TO DO WHEN THE BUYER RECEIVES AN ITEM DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

It must be sent within a maximum of 24 HOURS from the date of receipt of the consignment. OTHER EXCEPTIONS, since insurance is very demanding in this respect.

The buyer should send an email to incidencias@akuna.es where the following should appear information:

No order, comment on the problem and photographs of the broken or damaged item or part. The photographs are indispensable so that we can verify the veracity of the incident.

The communication of the incidence by telephone does not serve to carry out management, it must be compulsorily communicated by e-mail as described in the preceding paragraph.

Once checked and accepted, we'll contact the buyer with the steps to keep going. The buyer does NOT bear any costs arising from the resolution of the incident once acknowledged by us.

GUARANTEE OF CANCELLATION/RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item or items has the following conditions:

It must be communicated by email to incidencias@akuna.es, where the order number must appear, date, and reference of the item or items you wish to return.

Only previously notified and authorised returns will be accepted. You will be duly informed of the steps to be taken.

The maximum period shall be 14 days from the date of receipt for return or from the date of the execution of the request for cancellation.

The item must be returned unused or uninstalled and must be in its packaging original, all this is essential to be able to return it it will be checked when you receive it in our store.

The shipping costs of the return are borne by the buyer. Similarly, there is no expenditure, neither of origin nor of form of payment.

IMPORTANT: In case of return of a purchase sent at paid delivery (the buyer did not pay no shipping costs), the value of the returned product (s) will be deducted from the value of the product (s) returned you're wearing it.

Once the goods have been received and inspected, the amount of the refund shall be paid by the the payment method used to make the purchase.

NOTE1: The company reserves the right to withdraw from processing a customer's order, in which case the customer will be informed and the amount paid will be cancelled and subsequently refunded.
